DIFSUB: Fraction of diffuse radiation that passes unintercepted
through one sublayer.
DIRSUB: Direct beam non-interception factor for sublayer.
DOWN: Fraction of downward diffuse radiation passing through one
sublayer (used in convergence).
EXPDIF: Fraction of diffuse radiation that passes unintercepted
through one layer.
